ROBBER'S ROOST was a trading post and frontier settlement that began in 1870.   It later became platted as the town site of Ellensburgh, Washington Territory.
 
ROBBER'S ROOST RYE is a single-cask, frontier-strength rye whisky that honors the early town, and pays tribute to the merchants and outfitters who facilitated the steep trek westward.  An exquisite whisky, it was crafted from Washington-grown rye, the sturdiest of grains, which imparts an immense spiciness and depth of flavor.  The whisky is redolent in notes of pink peppercorn and poached pear.  It is at its best when served neat.
 
Each rare bottle of eleven-year-old rye whisky was filled, sealed, labelled, and numbered ~ all by hand.  Single-cask rarity and small-batch obscurity, with nothing added nor subtracted.
