ROBBER'S ROOST was a trading post and frontier settlement that began in 1870.   It later became platted as the town site of Ellensburgh, Washington Territory.
 
ROBBER"S ROOST RYE is a single-cask, frontier-strength rye whisky that honors the early town, and pays tribute to the merchants and outfitters who facilitated the steep trek westward.  An exquisite whisky, it was crafted from Washington-grown rye, the sturdiest of grains, which imparts an immense spiciness and depth of flavor.  It is at its best when served neat.
 
Each rare bottle of eleven-year-old rye whisky was filled, sealed, labelled, and numbered ~ all by hand.  Single-cask rarity and small-batch obscurity, with nothing added nor subtracted.
