XO Brandy-Cask Honey is selected from choice batches of raw wildflower honey and aged for a year within a freshly-emptied XO brandy barrel.  Naturally dark, its color is achieved in part by the heavily toasted surface within the cask.  Each one-pound jar of honey is noticeably thick and rich, as the honey must stay unrefined and unadulterated.  Always small-batch crafted, XO honey is filled by hand into only sixty Müth jars per limited-edition production run, and then are sealed with a colossal cork and held in place with a beeswax/sealing wax blend.  Exquisite and opulent, XO Brandy-Cask Honey is at its best when drizzled upon blue-veined cheese or buttered rye toast.
